Appeal policy

What is an appeal?

An appeal is a formal procedure by which a registered candidate can appeal an examination result or certification decision. In such situations, the appellant is required to submit a formal appeal in writing.

Grounds for appeal

There are three grounds for which a candidate can appeal:

  • Personal or medical reasons
  • Procedural grounds
  • The decision was biased or discriminatory

The applicant must be able to clearly prove that the decision against which he is appealing meets at least one of the above criteria.

Applicants who plan to appeal should take note of the following:

  • A disagreement with the result of the examination for the multiple choice tests does not give rise to an appeal.
  • Appeals will only be accepted for the reasons listed above and no other reason will be considered.
  • When appealing due to circumstances relating to pre-examination or assessment events, the proctor or assessor must have been informed in writing prior to the examination or assessment.
  • In the case of an appeal based on circumstances relating to events that occurred during the examination or assessment, the events must have been brought to the attention of the supervisor or assessor before leaving the room. examination or before the end of the assessment.
  • Upon receipt of the above detailed information from the caller, Qualiti7 will present this information to the relevant certification institute.
