This course is given as an intensive two-day workshop covering core vocabulary, principles, practices, metrics, and techniques for managing value streams in the digital era. Learners explore how Lean, Agile, DevOps, and IT service management intersect to create and deliver customer value more effectively.
The course guides participants through identification, mapping, inspection, measurement, organization, and evolution of value streams at both business and technical levels.
DevOps Version: This course introduces the VSM principles and is based on the VSM Foundation v1.0/v1.1 Exam Requirements.
