This intensive three-day course introduces the ITIL® Product (Version 5) qualification. It provides practical guidance for innovating, managing, and co-creating value through digital products. Participants will learn how to navigate the end-to-end product lifecycle, align products with business goals, and integrate people, processes, technology, and partners using ITIL best practices.

ITIL® version: This course introduces the ITIL Product Syllabus EN v5.0.

3 days of learning, including the final exam (scheduled later by the candidate).

Prerequisite

ITIL® Foundation (Version 5) certification is required.

Exam

The official PeopleCert ITIL® Product (Version 5) exam is included.

The participant will receive a voucher valid for 12 months to write the exam and will need to schedule the exam date. The certification exam is written electronically following the training and requires access to a connected computer with active audio and video.

The exam is open-book and consists of 40 multiple-choice questions.
Duration: 90 minutes (extra time available for non-native language candidates).

It is mandatory to take the training from an accredited organization using accredited training material.
