This course is given as an intensive two-day workshop introducing the foundational concepts of AIOps, including artificial intelligence, machine learning, big data, and automation in IT operations. The course explores how AIOps supports DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and modern IT service management by enabling proactive, data-driven decision-making. Participants prepare for the DevOps Institute / PeopleCert AIOps Foundation certification exam.

DevOps version: This course introduces AIOps principles and is based on the AIOps Foundation Exam v1.1 Requirements.

Course duration

2 days of learning, including the final exam (scheduled later by the candidate).

Prerequisite

None. Basic IT operations knowledge is recommended.
