PRINCE2® 7 Foundation is a globally recognized project management qualification designed for project managers and key stakeholders involved in project design, development, and delivery. This course provides a comprehensive overview of PRINCE2®, covering its principles, practices, processes, and the crucial role of people in project success. Emphasizing collaboration, leadership, and stakeholder engagement, it equips participants to effectively manage project ecosystems.

PRINCE2® Version: This course is based on the 7th Edition of PRINCE2® (2023).

Prerequisites

Participants should have a basic understanding of project management. Prior PRINCE2® knowledge is not required.

The official AXELOS PRINCE2® 7 Foundation exam is included.

Format: 60 multiple-choice questions
Duration: 60 minutes
Delivery: Online, with exam voucher (validity as per exam provider).

It is recommended to attend this training with an accredited organization using accredited courseware and trainers.
