Qualiti7 co-founder Jean-Claude Beaudry has more than 20 years of experience in IT and 15 years as trainer, acquired in different IT service management and business contexts. . As Qualiti7’s Senior Consultant and Trainer in Service Management and Governance, he has held IT Service Manager (ITIL® Master) certification since 2000 and ITIL® Expert certification since 2008, as well as ISO/IEC 20000, DevOps, SIAM®, BRMP®, PRINCE2® and Cobit certifications. He is accredited with certification bodies to deliver certification training on industry frameworks.

José Tamo

José Tamo, has more than 20 years of experience it IT and over 15 as a trainer. He spent his career in many industires in Canada, United States and Europe. He is highly skilled in technical and application architecture, requirements, team management, training, service integration and process consulting for small or large organizations.

Since 2000, José  specializes in IT Services based on Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL®). He has his « ITIL® Expert V3» certification and many ITIL® v3 certifications. He is accredited with PeopleCert to deliver ITIL® training. José is also ISO 20000 et CoBIT certified. His expertise makes him a renowned ITSM speaker and trainer.

Frédérick Coutret, ing.

Frédérick Coutret joined Qualiti7 in 2008 and has more than 20 years of experience in IT. He is an ITIL® trainer and ITSM consultant, implementing and optimizing ITSM processes and helping in the selection and integration of ITSM tools.  He has conducted over 25 mandates for Qualiti7. He is an accredited trainer for all  ITIL® v3 certifications.

He is ITIL® Expert, ISO/IEC 20000 Consultant Manager, PMP, COBIT certified and has all 9 ITIL® v3 intermediate certifications.

Michel Simard

ITIL®/DevOps/PRINCE2®/SIAM® trainer
and ITSM consultant

Michel Simard has over 20 years of experience in IT management, acquired mainly in the telecommunications, electronics, aerospace and health care sectors, as well as municipal and government services. Mr. Simard’s career path has seen him carry out mandates in work organization and process re-engineering, coaching and training, and IT service governance and management. Having worked in support organizations of various sizes, he has honed a sense of flexibility in developing the services required while keeping a close eye on client service and team work. Today Mr. Simard focuses on consulting and training related to best practices and generally recognized standards in the field of IT service management, especially ITIL and ISO.

Mr. Simard has acquired extensive expertise in the implementation of IT service management processes (ITSM) based on internationally recognized standards (ITIL®, ISO 20000, ISO 27000, ISO 38500). His experience in IT and help desk support environment has helped him identify needs and market trends in the field of IT service management.

Mr. Simard has an MBA in international management from HEC Montreal, as well as several certifications related to ISO/IEC 20000, 27002 and ITIL Expert V3 and Master ITIL® V2 from his involvement with the ITSM community over the last several years. Mr. Simard is also certified on DevOps, SIAM® and PRINCE2®.
Mr. Simard also serves on the authoring and translation committee for official ITIL documents.

Bernard Sirois

ITIL®/DevOps trainer
and ITSM consultant

Bernard has over  30 year of experience in IT governance, strategy, project management architecture and business transformation.

He worked over 15 years as ITSM specialist for  CGI, developing and implementing management frameworks, service delivery and transformation models with large and medium organizations in Quebec.

Since 2006, he teaches ITSM practices.  This passion comes from years developing  project delivery and management methodologies and helping clients adopting good practices. He has been an accredited ITIL® trainer since 2007.

Bernard is  ITIL® Expert, COBIT Foundations et DevOps Fundamentals certified.
